Job Description: Software Trainer
Position Overview:
Neobiz Technologies is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Software Trainer to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This is an in-person role, offering an exciting opportunity to deliver impactful training sessions and mentor future tech professionals. We currently have 2 open positions for dynamic individuals who are experts in software development and have a flair for teaching and inspiring others.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging, interactive, and hands-on training sessions on:
- Git version control systems.
- Java programming and associated frameworks.
- Cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Web technologies, including front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Python).
Adapt training methodologies to cater to participants of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
2. Course Material Development:
Design, develop, and update comprehensive training materials, including presentations, guides, video tutorials, and assessments.
Continuously revise content to stay aligned with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
3. Presentation and Communication:
Deliver technical concepts with clarity and enthusiasm to ensure maximum comprehension and engagement.
Simplify complex topics using relatable examples and real-world applications.
Provide well-structured explanations in both spoken and written formats.
4. Technical Expertise:
Exhibit in-depth knowledge of:
- Version control systems like Git.
- Programming with Java and its frameworks.
- Cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Full-stack web development technologies.
Stay updated with cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and development methodologies to bring the latest insights to training sessions.
5. Mentorship and Support:
Offer personalized guidance to trainees, understanding individual learning styles and challenges.
Provide constructive feedback, track progress, and ensure skill acquisition and confidence-building among participants.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Git, Java, cloud platforms, and modern web development technologies.
Hands-on experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and industry best practices.
Soft Skills:
Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to explain technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.
Experience:
Prior experience as a software trainer, technical instructor, or educator is highly advantageous.
Practical experience in software development roles, with a proven track record of working on real-world projects.
